Stupid Cats
Jul. 25th, 2008 12:35 pmMy cats are being ridiculous. I think it's due to the painters painting the front door and such. I was at Austin's when the painters started this morning, and when my mom called to tell me I needed to move my car because they were painting the garage, she was rather surprised I wasn't home.
Um, sorry? I've been here the rest of the time they've been here, but last night, Austin and I decided to have Godfather's pizza and a power hour with random beer from the Sunny Discount Liquor Store down the street from where he lives. After four slices of Hawaiian pizza and a warm-up beer, the power hour didn't go so well. I think we stopped about half-way through because I felt like I was going to explode.
I'm kind of sad I had to rush home to move my car. That means I missed out on pizza for breakfast. Oh well. It's not like I had to work or something (though things are looking up in that department), so it's fine.
Anyway, I was surprised that both cats were still inside when I got home. I guess they were scared? Once here, Kiki figured out the front door was open and escaped, out to kill lizards and birds and throw up the remains on the carpet later no doubt. So looking forward to that. And Olive is freaking out, meowing loudly, taking swipes at me, and chasing one of her mice I found under the couch again.
Ah, what can you do?
