Booooo. Have I mentioned I considered wearing a tux to my senior prom? (I only didn't because I found a dress that had tux-like details.) They're just clothes, people. (Except when it's politics over who you love.)
Austin's friend Dean was in town, so Austin, Dean, Nick (another moped buddy of theirs), and I went to a huge grocery store. There, we looked at the various wares. While wandering the aisles, Austin and I were talking. He had a long gum wrapper chain, and for every link he took apart, we would discuss a reason why the relationship hadn't worked. Then one of us would have a piece of gum. We were hopeful because it was supposed to help us get back together somehow, but we both just ended up with a whole lot of gum in our mouths.
Meanwhile, Dean found a long strap with Velcro on it. He whipped it around until he found himself at the top of a tall staircase which had an edge like a cliff. He threw one end of the strap at the top of the stairs and used the other to rappel down the cliff-edge. The only problem was the strap end on top wasn't secure. Nick laughed and barely grabbed this end to prevent Dean from falling to his death, but once Dean was at the bottom, he said that the Velcro would have eventually grabbed the carpet and it would have been okay.
I went to buy some music. As I waited in line, the guys all ditched me. When it was my turn to pay, I was sent to another cash register where they scanned the merchandise with huge lasers. I didn't see the point but kept waiting anyway.
Had another dream where I was asked why I didn't answer assistant questions about bridezillas. I shouted at them with glee, "Because I'm a receptionist now!" Um... what?
Anyway, need to get some stuff done today. Be back later.
