Loveliest

This is another idea I jotted down a while back that still feels unfinished to me. I don't know if I'll add to it or if that counts or not.

"Fragment"
She is loveliest when broken
salt spray settling in errant folds of flesh
and eyes clouded over with seeing
the cliffs of live thrust up and eroded
one by one

I saw a concert, went shopping for more spring-type clothes, did laundry, cleaned, got groceries, wrestled with the garage door, started some deposition summaries, and spent way too much time thinking in between bits and pieces here and there. Good thing I got paid on Friday because oh man, I don't want to think about what I spent. Oh well. It's necessary.

This weekend went by way too fast. I wonder when I'll have another one.
